Jessica Karis was introduced to the Northwestern Mutual family as a College Financial Representative in 2004 while attending the UW-La Crosse where she studied business and communication. Currently, Jessica is the Director Recruiting and Development in the Network Office in downtown Milwaukee. Jessica plays an active role in recruiting new financial representatives as well as coaching, mentoring and training. Jessica’s passion is helping people achieve their hopes, goals and dreams. In 2008, 50% of the fulltime financial representatives that joined the downtown office achieved pacesetter first 40 which is an award that is accomplished by 12% of new reps and 4 out of 5 college financial representatives achieved the 2008 Summer Lives Contest and were pictured in Young Money magazine. Rachel Mulder, Director of Internship Development Rachel Mulder joined the Holter Financial group in June 2008. After moving to downtown Milwaukee in 2004 to attend graduate school at Marquette University, Rachel obtained her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. As the Director of Internship Development, she divides her time between campus recruiting and the coaching/mentoring of College Financial Representatives. Her passion lies in fostering their professional development. In addition to her career with the Holter Financial Group, Rachel works as a psychotherapist for a private mental health care practice in New Berlin, WI. Deanna Radjenovich joined Northwestern Mutual in August 2008 as a Campus Recruiting Intern. During her senior year at Marquette University, Deanna worked as a spokesperson on campus for The Holter Group’s College Financial Representative program, recruiting her fellow students and taking them through the internship selection process. She graduated in May 2009 after studying political science, business and classical languages. Shortly after, she began her full-time role of Director of Internship Development, working with the rest of the internship team to create the best possible experience for the current College Financial Representatives while still keeping a strong focus on recruiting the best and the brightest students from campuses across the country to the program. Malory Vos, Training and Development Coordinator Malory Vos was introduced to the Northwestern Mutual family as a College Financial Representative in 2008 while attending the University of Alverno where she studied business, professional communication, and Spanish language. Currently, Malory is the Training & Development Coordinator in the Network Office in downtown Milwaukee. Malory’s focus is on the coordination and execution of a premier training program. She also partners with the Director of Development to coach, train and develop New Financial Representatives.
